TUITION AND STUDENT FEES

While studying at Western Washington University, you will need to pay specific fees for your program, as well as supplemental fees for your accommodation and varied student fees.

PAYMENT AND DEADLINES

CONFIRMATION PAYMENT

Once you have received your offer of a place at Western Washington University, you are required to pay a deposit ($550 for International Year and direct entry students) to release your I-20 immigration document. This amount will be subtracted from your invoiced tuition fee. An I-20 is required to begin your student visa process.

Please pay your deposit as early as possible. We provide a full refund if you do not meet the visa entry requirements. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.

PAYMENT DEADLINES

The balance of your tuition, fees, housing and meal plan charges will be billed quarterly and must be paid the first day of each term at the International Study Center.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU MISS A DEADLINE?

It is important to meet all your payment deadlines. If you miss a deadline or have an outstanding balance, you may be placed on hold and barred from attending classes until all payments are made in full.
